Macy's and Bloomingdale's are proud to sponsor events that suport our philanthropic focus areas and benefit our communities across the country. Our focus areas are women's issues, arts and culture, education and HIV/AIDS (with special emphasis on minority issues within each of those four areas) and the environment.

Macy's and Bloomingdale's do not fund the following events or sponsorships:

• individuals
• organizations operating primarily in communities where Bloomingdale's or Macy's do not do business
• religious organizations (when funding is to be used for primarily religious purposes)
• salaries for nonprofit staff positions
